Sat/Sun/Mon some good Z2 stuff - about 6 hrs. Monday did a 2 hr Tandem ride w/ Kay - Nats in L'ville is confirmed and its time to get ready.
T/Th did HPC's CT classes at Spokes in Vienna. I live for these workouts....hard efforts one day and muscle tension the next. This is the stuff that brought me back to the game....
W/F - hit the gym...still doing light weights but working them hard and full body.
I dont have a PT yet so have to gauge workout on HR - so here's a sample of HR data from Thurs CT muscle tension workout.
